We understand that buying underwear online can be tricky. That’s why we’ve created a policy that prioritizes your comfort while maintaining hygiene and fairness for everyone.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We understand that mistakes happen. You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Just email us at support@ultradries.com as soon as possible.

After 24 hours, your order is already on its way and we won’t be able to make changes or cancellations.

Exchange Policy

At Ultradries, we offer every customer one free exchange if their first choice doesn’t fit. That means you can pick any size, and if it’s not quite right, we’ll replace it at no cost to you.

What qualifies for a free exchange:

  • One free exchange per customer
  • The exchange must be for the same style and color as your original order

Example: If you ordered 6 pairs of size Small in Black and they feel too tight, we’ll send you 6 pairs in Medium Black at no cost.

Want a different style or color instead? We’ll still help you out with 30% off your replacement bundle.

We make exchanges easy because we believe finding the perfect fit shouldn’t be stressful.

Returns Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

What can be returned:

  • Unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging
  • Only one pair from a multi-pack may be opened for trial
  • Damaged items or items missing from your order will be replaced or refunded

What cannot be returned:

  • Accessories such as booster pads, washing bags, and free gifts
  • Items that have been worn or washed (except the one test pair)
  • Items purchased with a discount of 20 percent or more are not eligible for refunds, but you may request an exchange or store credit

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping cost to our global warehouse. We do not provide return labels at this time.

Refund Timing

If your return is approved and meets all eligibility criteria, your refund will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the transaction.

Important Note on Hygiene

Because Ultradries are intimate apparel, we can only accept returns on underwear if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. If you ordered multiple pairs, please try just one before deciding to return or exchange.

Items on Sale

Products marked as sale or purchased at a discount of 20 percent or more are eligible for exchange or store credit only. Refunds are not available on these items.
